In the event of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 203pub support — any eligible remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. 203pub will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where the suspension was caused by the player's own breach of these terms.
203pub provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is stable and reliable, we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from technical outages, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or events beyond our reasonable control. 203pub's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
